How we handle personal data collected through this site.

Last updated: June 2026

This explains how Z Solutions AB (trading as Zyntra Solutions) handles personal data from zyntra.solutions and from messages you send us.

Who we are

Z Solutions AB (Zyntra Solutions), Uppsala, Sweden. Organisation number 559548-0962. Questions? Email admin@zyntra.solutions.

What we collect

  • What you send us through the contact form: your name, email, and whatever you choose to write.
  • Basic technical data your browser generates when you visit, such as IP address, device and browser information, and which pages you view.

We use basic browser storage to remember your language preference, and we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't use the site for advertising or marketing tracking. Please don't send us sensitive personal data.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data to answer your inquiry and to run, secure, and improve the site. Under GDPR we rely on Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken before a possible contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in operating the site and handling requests).

Who else sees it

A few service providers help us host the site, route messages, and handle analytics. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the US; when they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries for as long as we need to handle and follow up on them, then delete them. Logs and analytics data follow our providers' standard retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the use of your data — just email admin@zyntra.solutions. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at www.imy.se.

Changes

We may update this from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
