The Build
We built a fully automated outbound setup across 4 dedicated domains and 20 mailboxes. We ran split tests across subject lines, offers, and locations until we found clear winners.
The Impact

Bivaxfabriken
A two-part operational problem: Bivaxfabriken struggled with scattered supplier invoices and needed to launch a B2B sales motion.
Operational Automation
We implemented an invoice parsing workflow. Any incoming supplier PDF is caught, its vital data extracted directly to a master Google Sheet, and the file routed to an organized folder system. Zero manual data entry required.
B2B Outreach
Alongside the internal workflow fix, we deployed a targeted B2B networking campaign. Using clear and outcome-focused copy, the outbound system achieved reply rates as high as 15%.
